It’s Your Time to ROCK with Group Empowerment Drumming!

will guide a drumming experience for men designed to help relieve stress, connect, and have fun through rhythm.

This is not an endless “drum circle” jam.

It’s a guided experience that includes elements of HealthRHYTHMS®, full-on group drumming, self-expression, and “conversation” on the drum.

Professional drummers will keep a great groove going.

For anyone else, no experience is required.

Bring a hand drum or frame drum if you have one, along with hand-held percussion such as shakers. If you have an extra you can share, it’s appreciated.

Kim will have a few available too!
