Beginning in 1985, Pearl introduced its legendary MLX drums under the Professional Series banner to bring the powerful Maple sound to the forefront. Today, Professional Series returns with the spirit of the original and a refreshed presence for the experienced drummer. Its EvenPly Six 5.3mm North American Maple shell is made for lively sonic warmth from the cockpit, and broadcasts with a broad frequency spectrum in performance. 

Features include Pearl's classic RL Lug, tour-ready adjustable spurs, OptiMount tom suspension system, and Remo UT drum heads. Its transparent Gloss Lacquer finish assures a solid look and feel in varied venues and climates.
