Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Marshall Richardson moved to Nashville in 2000 after graduating from the University of North Texas with a BA in Music.  As a sideman, Marshall has worked with a diverse list of artists, ranging from country legends to roots rockers, including Bernie Leadon, Lorrie Morgan, Webb Wilder, Vince Gill, Joe Nichols, Tracy Lawrence, Joe Diffie, Jack Greene, Jypsi, Dean Miller, George Ducas, Jim Lauderdale, and most recently, Johnny Reid.  Marshall's career in Nashville is a balance of recording sessions, live local and touring performances, and drum lessons at Fork's.  Marshall endorses Paiste cymbals and Vater percussion.
